A: FoodSaver accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Approval is required before returning any item.


Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact FoodSaver within 7 days of delivery with your order details and relevant photos. We will review and provide an appropriate solution.


Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
