At FoodSaver, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. To support a clear and manageable shopping experience, we provide a 30-day return window from the date of delivery if a product does not meet your expectations.


Return Eligibility

To help ensure a smooth return process, please confirm that your item(s) meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Hygiene & Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
  • Authorization Required: Returns must be approved by the FoodSaver support team before being sent back.
  • Final Sale: Clearance items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at service@foodsaver.store
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
  4. Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unapproved returns may not be processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow this process:

  • Notification Window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Required Information: Provide your Order Number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Resolution: Once reviewed, FoodSaver will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other support

Order Management

  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, you may return the original product and place a new order
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact FoodSaver as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped
  • Missing Orders: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in checking the status

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
